Built for the Indian digital agency
We built GMB Engine because managing Google Business Profiles at scale was brutally manual — and the existing tools weren't designed for the way Indian agencies and multi-location businesses operate.
The problem we saw
Agencies managing 10, 20, or 100 GBP locations were logging into each one individually to respond to reviews, post updates, and check analytics. A single reply to a negative review — crafted carefully to protect the client's reputation — could take 20 minutes. Multiply that by 50 locations and you've got a full-time job.
Worse, most review management tools were built for Western markets: English-only, credit-card billing, and no understanding of the code-mixed Hindi-English reviews that dominate Indian GBP listings.
So we built our own.
Our approach: Sovereign AI
GMB Engine uses Google Gemini for AI-powered reply suggestions and sentiment analysis. We chose Gemini because it has strong multilingual support for Indian languages and code-mixed text. All AI inference stays within GCP — no third-party AI data sharing.
Compliance & data handling
We use Google OAuth with the minimum scope required (business.manage). Session tokens are stored in Firestore, not in browser localStorage. We never store credit card data — billing runs through Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Review data is cached in Firestore under your organisation's namespace and is never shared across organisations.
