Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GMB Engine, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

GMB Engine is a SaaS platform for managing Google Business Profile locations. It is intended for use by digital agencies and businesses with legitimate access to the GBP accounts they manage.

3. Google OAuth & Acceptable Use

You must only connect GBP accounts you have lawful authority to manage. You may not use GMB Engine to post false information, manipulate reviews, or violate Google's Terms of Service.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in INR via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe there is an error.

5. Intellectual Property

GMB Engine and its content are owned by the operator. You retain ownership of your own data (reviews, posts, client information). You grant us a limited licence to process that data to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

GMB Engine is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.

7. Termination

You may stop using GMB Engine at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or Google's policies. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
